Microsoft Outlook Advanced Training

Our experience has been that there are two types of Outlook users, the accidental user and the pro. The accidental user uses Outlook to send and receive email and maintain some contacts that they regularly correspond with via email. They know Outlook can do more, but they just don’t have the time to figure it out. The pro Outlook user is usually in a corporate environment that relies on Outlook for everything (that is Outlook 3).

Microsoft Outlook

This class is designed for the accidental Outlook user that wants to get better acquainted with something they use just about everyday.
